What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a way to get support with and be held accountable to getting your health on track and achieving your personal goals. It is highly individualized and Kilee's approach is different and customized depending on the client. Some people want help with losing wight, while others want help with training for a race. We all want to feel good, but sometimes, when we're in a rut, we don't know what to do to shake things up and get back on track.
Enter Kilee Johnson. Kilee is your personal cheerleader who will support your journey towards thriving health. She works with clients to help them reach their personal health goals.
